The diversity of Western hunting is unparalleled, ranging from pursuing coastal Blacktails or pigs in central California, to Antelope on the open plains of Wyoming, Roosevelts in the western units of Oregon or chasing bugles in a drainage somewhere in Colorado. The game and landscapes provide endless possibilities for those daring enough to venture beyond their comfort zone, whether it's to carry on a family tradition, satisfy a primal calling or simply seek adventure. This challenge attracts a variety of people, from adventure seekers and field-to-plate providers to skilled woodsmen and women, each with their unique paths to follow. Despite our differences, we all share common goals and values that unite us as a community committed to ethical hunting and responsible land use. Western Contours podcast offers a platform to share our experiences, provide insights and ultimately become better hunters.
